🩺 Authorized therapeutic use:
Traditionally used as an adjuvant in the management of states of nervous agitation, mild insomnia and transient anxiety , thanks to the calming properties of Valeriana officinalis .

🧪 Composition:
Each 1 mL contains:

• 0.2 g of dehydrated and powdered valerian rhizomes and roots
• Hydroalcoholic excipient qsp 1 mL

🕒 Recommended dosage:
Take 30 drops, 3 times a day or as directed by a doctor.
💡 Shake well before use.

⚠️ Contraindications and warnings:

• Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
• Contraindicated in children under 3 years of age
• Children 3 to 12 years: only under medical supervision
• Caution for people who require alertness (driving, machinery)
• May cause hypersensitivity
• Do not prolong its use for more than 2 months (risk of dependence)
• Do not exceed the recommended dose
